This Privacy Policy explains how Wholesale Getaway (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use this website or send us an inquiry. We are an independent business renting privately held vacation-club membership weeks; we are not the resorts, and this policy covers only what we do with your information.

Information we collect

Inquiry and booking details. When you request a quote — through the inquiry form, the Match My Vibe quiz or the reservation bar — we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you share it, preferred destination and resort, estimated travel dates, party size and any notes or special requests.

Communication records. Emails, calls and messages you exchange with us while we prepare and manage your booking.

Technical data. Standard hosting logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our infrastructure providers, and, when you submit a form, the page you were on and any marketing tags on the link that brought you to us (such as UTM parameters). If we add analytics tools to improve the site, they will collect standard usage statistics and this policy will be updated to name them.

How we use your information

We use your details to prepare your member-rate quote, coordinate your stay with the resort or club that will host you, send you confirmations and updates about your own booking, answer your questions, and improve how the site works. If you ask for a quote we may follow up about that quote; you can tell us to stop at any time.

When we share information

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only:

To place your booking — with the vacation club and the resort hosting your stay, and any transfer or excursion provider you ask us to arrange, strictly to fulfil your reservation. With service providers — the vendors that run our website, database and email, bound to use your data only on our behalf. For legal compliance — when required by applicable law, court order or governmental regulation.

Retention and security

We use industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards to protect your details against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, and we keep inquiry and booking records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements.

Your rights and choices

You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email. You can request a copy of the personal details we hold about you, or ask us to delete them, by writing to travel@wholesalegetaway.com. We will honor deletion requests except where the law requires us to keep a record.
